Friday, June 5 – Friday, June 5, 2:00 pm – 2:00 pm, Zoom—TCGA DISCUSSION AND PLANNING MEETING, "Regarding race and the culture of privilege in the department of Biological Science." The Cellular and Molecular Biology Graduate Student Association will host a discussion on race and privilege disparity, particularly in our department. We plan to discuss steps to shift the power dynamics to support our Black students, and invite input on how to take action moving forward. All department members, especially faculty, are strongly encouraged to attend.
