Configuring Eudora for Multiple email accounts for Mac

Configuring Eudora for Multiple email accounts - Macintosh

This example sets up a Eudora folder (on a computer that already has Eudora installed) for a person named Jim. Change the folder and file names in this example to suit your needs.

  1. Make sure Eudora is installed by starting Bear Access and clicking the Eudora Mail button. Let the update service deliver any files it thinks you need. after Eudora starts, quit it.
  2. Go to Documents and look for Eudora Folder,
  3. Select the Eudora Folder , then go to the File menu and choose Duplicate.
  4. And rename the Duplicate of Eudora Folder with a meaningful name (for example, jim@bio folder ).
  5. Double-click on jim@bio folder and look for Eudora Settings, make an alias of Eudora Settings and rename the alias of Eudora Settings to jim@bio and put it in the Apple Menu Items folder or another convenient location, such as the Desktop.
  6. Double-click on the jim@bio.

* To avoid viewing messages that belong to others, always open Eudora using the shortcut for your e-mail.
