The Department of Biological Sciences maintains greenhouses both on campus and at an off-campus research facility. The greenhouse facilities support research in plant and animal ecology and population genetics, and in plant physiology, cell and molecular biology, and genetics. A collection of plants is maintained to support teaching, and greenhouse space is reserved for botany labs and other undergraduate courses.
