Long term data from projects in the Miller Lab
I have always recognized the importance of long-term data and the difficulties inherent in long-term projects. Some of this enthusiasm passed on to my students, resulting in a really interesting, if neglected, paper encouraging young faculty to start their own projects (Ryan et al. 2017).
The Projects
This page is IN PROGRESS. But, I intend to make available the data and metadata here for (1) the 26+ year census of vegetation on St. George Island, FL, (2) the 2 year biweekly survey if pitcher plant leaf communities, and (3) the 47+ year study of saxicolous lichens from the Gila National Forest in southwestern New Mexico.
