Sequence Browser for a2ab gene sequencesBelow are all the species that are available for the a2ab gene. This list is presented as a classification. Marsupials (Metatheria) and placentals (Eutheria) are the two main subclasses in mammals. Within placentals, recent molecular studies have indicated four major clades (indicated in bold). Within each of those four Clades are two or more Orders (indented one tab). Morphology has supported many of these taxa, including some of the major Clades and most of the orders. Species are indented two tabs, except for cetaceans, megabats, and muroid rodents (well-defined clades within orders that have more species) which are tabbed one more. Note: These sequences are 1089 nucleotides (characters) long. Enter that in your Nexus file (nchar=1089). |
