Spring 2020 Visit Request Form

Using the calendar below, please select your first, second, and third choice of dates for a visit and fill out the Additional Information. If there are no dates available, check back later or email us to subscribe to the SOTM mailing list to receive program updates.

Requests are granted at the sole discretion of the program director based on a number of factors (e.g., date of last SOTM visit, date and activity availability, demonstrated need, past cooperation). Science on the Move can only accommodate a maximum of one visit per school, per grade, per semester. In order to be eligible for a visit, you must have an initialed and signed up-to-date "Classroom Visit Agreement" form on file with us within one week of your request.

Due to overwhelming demand, we will only be able to respond to teachers who have been selected for a visit. If you have not heard from us within two weeks of the calendar closing, it is safe to assume all of our dates have been filled, we were unable to schedule you, and you have been placed on our wait list.

NOTE: Extracurricular activities (science clubs, science nights, science festivals) and demo shows are no longer available for schedule through the main calendar, this calendar is reserved for Student Lab scheduling only. Please contact us directly for other inquiries.

Current Calendar

Registration is CLOSED for the Spring 2020 semester. Notification will be sent via email when sign-ups for the Fall 2020 semester begin. Whether you are a new teacher and would like to subscribe to the list, or you are a veteran who would like to update contact information, please email scienceonthemove@bio.fsu.edu to check your status on the Science on the Move mailing list. Thank you for your patience!
