Application Date:

Applications completed by Dec 15 are guaranteed to receive full consideration for admission and departmental support, but we will continue to consider applications provided positions are available until Jan 15. FSU offers a limited number of highly prestigious University Fellowships. Students wishing to be considered for these fellowships must complete their applications by Dec 15

Normally we only admit students to begin the program in the fall semester. Under exceptional circumstances a student may be considered for spring admission, in this case the student must contact the Associate Chair for Graduate Studies directly (bates@bio.fsu.edu).
