In May of 2006, construction began on the new Life Sciences Building, intended to replace Conradi Building.

Life Sciences Building The building will consist of two rectangular wings, parallel but offset, with a connector between them. In this view, from the east, the rectangles are viewed "end-on," and the south wing (on the left) projects nearer the viewer than the north wing (on the right). The arched doorway and large area of glass in the center are in the connector. The area of glass at the top left is the nearest of a row of roof-top greenhouses.

The site is between the College of Medicine and the parking garage at the corner of Connector Road and Stadium Drive. On the campus map at http://www.fsu.edu/Campus/newmap, look (near the left-hand edge) for the buildings marked "COM" and "Parking." Some of these photos are aerial shots supplied by the buildinger; the rest were taken from the top of the parking garage, looking north toward the College of Medicine.
