The DNA Sequencing Facility offers sequencing and fragment
analysis services using an Applied Biosystems 3130xl Genetic
Analyzer with Capillary Electrophoresis. DNA sequencing
chemistries are performed using Big-Dye terminator
chemistry on double or single stranded DNA and PCR products.
The Facility is located in room 2013 King Life Science Building, and
is run by Steve

(850)644-3601. The Sequencing Lab is generally open from 8:00
am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
