How to Apply for Admission to the
Molecular and Cellular Biology Graduate Program
The Department offers both Ph.D. and MS. degrees in Biological Science. All students admitted to the program are offered full financial support. If you are interested in graduate research in Cell and Molecular Biology at Florida State but would like more information, please feel free to contact any of our faculty directly by email. To apply for either our MS or PhD programs:
You must submit two different applications, one to the university (FSU) and one to the department (Biological Science).
- The Florida State University Admissions pages which prompt you to indicate whether you are interested in a PhD or MS degree and to select the graduate program (select the Major "Biological Science").
- The departmental online application form will create a file for you that can be viewed by the graduate faculty. This file(s) will profile your application, background, and research interests.
